Dosage:

One tablet by mouth every 4 hours.

Chronic pain from cancer

Warnings:

Do not take other medications that have acetaminophen (prescription or otherwise) without checking with your doctor.

Notes:

Originally prescription dose was 1 tablet every 6 hours. Puckett upped it to 1.5 tablet every six hours on April 24. After calling the on-call nurse April 26, Puckett gave green light to up dosage for pain.
